We look forward to your participation at our SEC Rules Committee meeting next week on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. We are very pleased that SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce is available to join us to discuss the SEC’s priorities in the investment management area. We have attached to this memorandum a draft agenda for the meeting.
The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations:

We recognize that some members may be unable to travel to this meeting, either in Washington, DC, or at the off-site locations, due to the rescheduling of the meeting. Accordingly, we will provide dial-in access to those members who indicate on their registration that they will need to participate by phone.

For those members attending the meeting in person in Washington, DC, we plan to hold a dinner with ICI staff the evening of Tuesday, April 2nd. If you plan to attend the dinner, please register to attend via the link above no later than Wednesday, March 27th, as seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Dinner attendees will be charged $115.00. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
