March 6, 2019 TO: Bank-Affiliated Member Advisory Committee RE: Draft Agenda for March 28 Bank-Affiliated Member Advisory Committee Meeting
As we previously informed you, ICI will host an in-person meeting of the Bank-Affiliated Member Advisory Committee on Thursday, March 28. The meeting will be held at ICI’s offices at 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, beginning at 10 am Eastern and concluding no later than 1 pm Eastern. Lunch will be served. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached.
We are pleased to announce that several members of the SEC Division of Investment Management staff (including Paul Cellupica and Brian Johnson who have met with the Committee before) will attend part of the meeting to discuss the Division’s priorities and provide an update on the Volcker Rule interagency rulemaking. In addition, Joe Carapiet, chief counsel to the Senate Banking Committee, has agreed to come for part of the meeting if the Banking Committee’s hearing schedule does not conflict.
