RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - NOVEMBER 12, 1991

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee starting at 2:00 p.m. on
November 12, 1991 at the Century Plaza Hotel & Tower located at
2025 Avenue of the Stars, Century City, Los Angeles, California
90067-4696. The Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee meeting will be
held during the 1991 Operations Conference which will open its
registration booth at 1:30 p.m. on the afternoon of the 12th and
between 1:30 and 6:30 p.m., there will be a reception in the
exhibit hall. For your information, enclosed is a letter and
Preliminary Program describing the conference in more detail.
If you have not already done so, please call the Century
Plaza Hotel & Tower at 213/551-3300 to get a room reservation.
The hotel will take reservations only through October 15. When
you call, tell them you are with the ICI Operations Conference.
So that we will know how many of you to plan for this
meeting, please complete the attached form and return it to Rita
