The Small Funds Committee meeting and the annual General Membership Meeting will take place at the Marriot Wardman Park Hotel located at 2660 Woodley Rd NW, Washington, DC. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday and a continental breakfast and lunch will be served on the second day of the meeting. Attire for the meeting is business.
To register for the Small Funds Committee meeting, please visit our registration site at: http://www.ici.org/reg/small_funds/apr. There is no charge to attend the Small Funds Committee meeting. Please note that the only way to register for the Small Funds Committee meeting is through the link indicated above. To register for GMM, please visit our registration site at: gmm.ici.org. If you intend to attend the Small Funds as well as the General Membership Meeting, you will have to register separately for both events!
If you have any questions about the registration, or are having difficulty reserving a room at the hotel, please contact Dom Liberatore at (202) 326-5970 or dom.liberatore@ici.org or Magen Dargon at (202) 326-5943 or magen.dargon@ici.org.
The ICI will host an optional Committee networking reception following the Small Funds Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 30, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Marriot Wardman Park Hotel. There is no cost for the reception. Attire for the reception is business casual.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel for the evenings of April 29 through May 5 starting at a rate of $339 per night. The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel is approximately six (6) miles (13 minutes estimated driving time) from Reagan National Airport. To make reservations, you must use the following link only: http://gmm.ici.org/gmm/19_info_hotel. As in years past, in all likelihood the hotel will sell out, so make your reservations early. All reservations must be guaranteed before the cutoff date, Monday, April 1, 2019 to receive the special conference rate.
We would like your input on agenda topics and “shop talk” discussion items for the meeting. Please use the space provided during online registration to list your ideas and suggestions or email John Randall (john.randall@ici.org). As many of you know, the Small Funds Committee is an effective forum for the exchange of practical and useful information, and we would like each of you to participate actively in the meeting.
A preliminary agenda and additional logistical information are forthcoming. If you have any questions regarding the meeting, you may contact John Randall at (202) 326-5930 or john.randall@ici.org.
