As you may recall, the next meeting of the Institute’s Chief Compliance Officer Committee will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26 at ICI’s office, 1401 H St. NW. While there is no cost to attend the meeting, you must register to attend. You may register through the following link: www.ici.org/reg/cco. At the time of registration you will be asked to provide input regarding the meeting agenda. 

Please note that, consistent with our previous practice, a dinner will be held the night before the meeting – on the evening of October 25, beginning with drinks at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. There will be a charge of $115 for the dinner. You may register and pre-pay for the dinner through the above link.

Our meeting will follow two of ICI’s fall conferences – the Cybersecurity Forum on October 24 and the Securities Law Developments Conference on October 25. More information about these conferences can be found through the events page on our website here: https://www.ici.org/events. Both these conferences will be held in Washington, DC. Please note that if you register for both conferences, the Institute offers a discount on your registration fee. Also, in terms of room accommodations, the Institute has reserved a block of rooms at the rate of $299 a night (plus tax) at the Grand Hyatt Washington, 1000 H Street, NW.
