We will hold of call of the ICI Equity Markets Advisory Committee on Wednesday, August 29 at 1:00 pm (eastern) to discuss two topics:

• Transaction fee pilot proposal. We will provide an update on our ongoing advocacy on this proposal and solicit member views on whether to submit a comment letter responding to concerns that issuers have raised about the pilot.
• Consolidated audit trail (CAT). We would like to solicit member views on the SEC’s ongoing efforts to set up the CAT and considerations involving the protection of CAT data.
