June 29, 2018 TO: Chief Compliance Officer Committee RE: New Committee Leadership
At our May 2018 meeting, we informed ICI’s CCO Committee that it would be the last meeting chaired by Nancy Morris of Wellington due to her impending retirement. It is with mixed emotions that I announced that Nancy has retired. While I wish her all the best in this phase of her life, I know we will all miss the value and insights she added to the Committee both as a long-standing member and in her leadership roles. In light of Nancy’s retirement, I have asked Frank Knox, the CCO of John Hancock and the Vice Chair of the Committee to replace Nancy as Chair. He has graciously agreed to do so. We asked Katie Primas, the CCO of Dodge and Cox, to replace Frank as the Vice Chair of the Committee, which she has agreed to do. Accordingly, effective immediately Frank is the Chair of the Committee and Katie is the Vice Chair. They have both been invaluable members of the Committee and I look forward to working with them in their new roles!
