As you know, the next meeting of ICI’s SEC Rules Committee will take place next week on Tuesday, June 12th. Our guest speaker will be Dan Kahl, Chief Counsel of the SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 am.
For those members attending the meeting in person in Washington, DC, we plan to hold a dinner with ICI staff the evening of Monday, June 11th. If you plan to attend the dinner and have not yet registered, please register to attend via the link below no later than June 6th, as seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Dinner attendees will be charged $115. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
In addition, participation in the June 12th meeting by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations, with lunch being served in both locations. Please note the change in room location at Franklin Templeton.
