The next meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will take place this Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 12:00 noon and end at approximately 3:00 pm. Lunch will be served prior to the meeting.
A final agenda for the meeting is attached. We are pleased to have the following guest speakers join us:
- Paul Cellupica, Deputy Director, Division of Investment Management, SEC; Michael Spratt, Assistant Director, Disclosure, Review and Accounting Office, Division of Investment Management, SEC; and David Joire, Senior Special Counsel, Chief Counsel’s Office, Division of Investment Management, SEC (to discuss the SEC Division of Investment Management’s closed-end fund initiatives and to receive industry feedback).
- James M. Curtis, Counsel, Dechert LLP (to provide his views on the closed-end fund industry).
