This Thursday, April 12th, from 2-3 pm ET, ICI Global and SIFMA AMG will hold a joint member call to discuss current status and next steps regarding advocacy on the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD). Specifically, we want to reach consensus on this call on a general position and areas of potential compromise to discuss with key MEPs and others, as this initiative moves toward trialogue. As previously mentioned, we understand Parliament is targeting mid-May for their final position, and that trialogue will begin after that.
