An in-person meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, April 18 at ICI’s office in Washington, DC (1401 H Street, NW). The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 am (Eastern Time). Given the number of topics to discuss, please note that we have extended the meeting, which now should conclude by 3:30 pm (Eastern Time). Lunch will be served.
Guest Speakers
We are very pleased to have the following guest speakers at the meeting:
- Brian Bussey, Director, Division of Clearing and Risk, CFTC, Matthew Kulkin, Director, Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight, CFTC, and Amir Zaidi, Director, Division of Market Oversight, CFTC (to discuss current CFTC initiatives).
- Sean Downey, Executive Director, Global Clearing & Risk Policy, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and John McKinlay, Director and Assistant General Counsel, Legal Department, Chicago Mercantile Exchange (to present on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s Direct Funding Participant proposal).
