March 29, 2018 TO: Security Valuation Operations Committee RE: Security Valuation Operations Committee Meeting - May 17, 2018The next meeting of the Security Valuation Operations Committee has been scheduled for Thursday May 17, 2018 at the offices of AllianceBernstein located at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY. The meeting will be held in the 41st Floor Conference Center from 10:00 a.m. through approximately 2:00 p.m. eastern time. Lunch will be served.
Please note that due to security procedures at AllianceBernsteins’s offices, you must register for the meeting so that we can provide your name to building security. Please be prepared to provide a photo ID when you access the building. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to avoid delay in accessing the 41st Floor Conference Center.

We are pleased to inform you that we have arranged for Chris Doyle, a partner with Ernst & Young, to attend the meeting and address current FASB, PCAOB, and financial statement audit developments affecting security valuation and disclosure. We have also arranged for Jeffrey Scroggs of the AICPA to attend the meeting and address the AICPA proposed Disclosure Framework for the Valuation of Financial Instruments and the Certified in the Valuation of Financial Instruments credential.
