Independent Accountants Advisory Group RE: Agenda for March 1 Accounting/Treasurers Committee Meeting

 

A joint meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group has been scheduled for March 1, 2018.  The meeting will take place at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.  The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.  Lunch will be served following the meeting.  A draft agenda for the meeting is attached.

Alison Staloch, Jacob Sandoval, and Kristy Von Ohlen from the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will join the meeting to discuss comments on financial statement filings, N-PORT/N-CEN, and outreach on valuation guidance.
