A meeting of the Institute's Audit Committee has been
scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2. This will be the
annual meeting with the independent auditors from Deloitte &
Touche. Included on the agenda will be a review of the FY 1990
Audit Report and a discussion on the scope of the FY 1991 audit.
Please indicate whether you will be able to attend the
