The next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2018. The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time. Lunch will be available at 11:30 am. In addition, participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations:

Lunch will be served following the meeting in Los Angeles, and during the meeting in Chicago.
If you plan to attend the meeting at any of the meeting sites, please register at www.ici.org/reg/sec. Please provide suggested agenda topics for the meeting upon registration. A draft agenda and materials for the meeting will be circulated prior to the meeting.
For those members attending the meeting in person in Washington, D.C., we plan to hold a dinner with ICI staff the evening of Wednesday, February 7th. If you plan to attend the dinner, please register to attend via the link below no later than January 24th, as seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Dinner attendees will be charged $105.00. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
