There is an update to the Institute’s 2017 State Tax Survey.[1]  Specifically, Mississippi has updated the guidance listed in the state-specific information in Surveys 1 and 2.  The updated surveys can be found at https://www.ici.org/policy/tax/state/state_tax_2017.
