Attached to this memorandum is the final agenda for the telephonic meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee on Thursday, December 14, 2017. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. Eastern time and will end no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
We are pleased to have two sets of guest speakers at our meeting. Bill Kotapish, Assistant Director, and Harry Eisenstein, Senior Special Counsel, in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, will join us to discuss recent SEC initiatives in the insurance products area. Ruth Epstein, Partner at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP, will join us to discuss Treasury’s recent Asset Management and Insurance Report. We have a great agenda and hope you will be able to join us!
