The attached newsletter prepared by Norton Rose describes
the new U.K. regulations for collective investment schemes
relating to four new types of authorized unit trusts: futures and
options funds, geared futures and options funds, property funds
and warrant funds. Also attached are some recent articles from
the British press discussing these new products.
