An in-person meeting of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee will be held in Chicago on Thursday, November 30 at the offices of Nuveen Investments (333 W. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606).  The meeting will begin at ­­­­­­­9 am CT and conclude by 12:30 pm CT.  Breakfast (beginning at 8:30 am) and lunch will be served. 

We are pleased to announce that senior officials of the National Futures Association will join us for part of the meeting. We will circulate a draft agenda closer to the meeting date. Please be aware that there will be no video conference or conference call option for this meeting. 

We will host an informal dinner for meeting attendees on Wednesday, November 29 at a local restaurant.  The dinner will begin no earlier than 6:30 pm CT.  

Provided below is information on how to register for the meeting and/or dinner and to reserve a hotel room.  Please make your arrangements as soon as possible.  Space is limited, and the guaranteed hotel rate is available only until November 8. 

Registration 

To register for the meeting and/or dinner, please visit our registration site at www.ici.org/reg/cpo.  When registering, please indicate in the online form any topics you would like to discuss at the meeting or questions you may have.  The charge for dinner is $105.  

Hotel Reservations 

We have reserved a block of rooms at the W Chicago – City Center Hotel (172 West Adams Street, Chicago, IL 60603) for the night of November 29 at a rate of $269.00.  You may make your reservation online at https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/events/start.action?id=1709050579&key=4888A0D. Due to the limited number of rooms, we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible.  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
