The fall meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will take place on Wednesday, November 8.  The in-person meeting will be held at the offices of Virtus Investment Partners, 1540 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10036.  We are pleased to have as a guest speaker Scott Szever, Director of Exchange Traded Products, New York Stock Exchange, who will discuss recent Exchange developments related to closed-end funds.  The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 pm (Eastern time) and should conclude at approximately 5:00 pm (Eastern time).  We will distribute an agenda closer to the meeting date.

Please register for the meeting at https://www.ici.org/reg/closed_end. In completing the online registration, please provide any suggested topics for discussion at the meeting. Committee Dinner 

Members are encouraged to attend the committee dinner after the meeting at Bobby Van’s Time Square, 120 West 45th Street, New York, NY 10036.  The dinner will begin at 6:00 pm (Eastern time).  If you plan to attend, please register via the meeting registration link provided above.  Dinner attendees will be charged $120.00.  Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
