An in-person meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee is scheduled for Thursday, April 27 at ICI’s office in Washington, DC (1401 H Street NW) with an offsite location in San Francisco, California hosted by Dodge & Cox (555 California Street, 40th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94610). The meeting will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Eastern time (8 a.m. Pacific time)and should conclude around 3:00 p.m. Eastern time (12:00 p.m. Pacific time). Lunch will be served in DC, and breakfast will be served in San Francisco.

- Jeff Mackey, Partner, Dechert (Dublin) (for a discussion on posting collateral under UCITS); and
- Brian Johnson, Assistant Director, Division of Investment Management, SEC (to discuss the status of the SEC’s funds’ use of derivatives proposal).
