An in-person meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee is scheduled for Thursday, April 27 at ICI’s office in Washington, DC (1401 H Street NW) with an offsite location in San Francisco, California hosted by Dodge & Cox (555 California Street, 40th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94610).  The meeting will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Eastern time (8 a.m. Pacific time) and should conclude around 3:00 p.m. Eastern time (12:00 p.m. Pacific time).  Lunch will be served in DC and breakfast will be served in San Francisco before the meeting. 

Guest Speakers

We are pleased to have the following guest speakers at the meeting:

• Jeff Mackey, Partner, Dechert (Dublin) (for a discussion on posting collateral under UCITS); and
• Brian Johnson, Assistant Director, Division of Investment Management, SEC (to discuss the status of the SEC’s funds’ use of derivatives proposal).
