RE: COMMITTEE MEETING TO DISCUSS NASAA COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATIONS RE-SCHEDULED

Due to scheduling conflicts, we are re-scheduling the
Tuesday, September 10th meeting to Monday, September 9, 1991,
2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Institute. As we
mentioned in the prior notice, the purpose of this meeting will
be to discuss each of the recommendations contained in the NASAA
Investment Company Registration/Trading Practices Committee's
report and develop our response to that report. (See Memorandum
to Contractual Plans Committee No. 10-91, dated August 30, 1991.)
