RE: PROTOTYPE SEP/SARSEP MEETING POSTPONED

The meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September
5, 1991 at the Institute (see Memorandum to Pension Committee No.
22-91 dated August 8, 1991) to discuss particular provisions and
format for a prototype SARSEP has been postponed.
We will let you know of the new date at a later time.
