March 9, 2017 TO: SEC Rules Committee RE: SEC Rules Committee Meeting on June 13; Dinner on June 12 for Members Attending in Person - Your Response Requested

 

As you know, the next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee will take place on Tuesday, June 13th.  The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, 12:00 noon – 3:30 pm Eastern time.  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 am. 

For those members attending the meeting in person in Washington, D.C., we plan to hold a dinner with ICI staff the evening of Monday, June 12th.  If you plan to attend the dinner, please register to attend via the link below no later than May 8th, as seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis.  Dinner attendees will be charged $105.00.  Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.

In addition, participation in the June 13th meeting by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations, with lunch being served in both locations:
