RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - OCTOBER 15, 1991

The State Liaison Committee meeting has been scheduled for
1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 1991. The meeting will be held
at the Capital Hilton Hotel, 16th & K Streets, N.W., Washington,
D.C. in the Pan American Room. Lunch will be served at noon in
the Massachusetts Room.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Capital Hilton.
Please call 202/393-1000 before September 24, 1991 to make your
reservations and be sure to mention that you are attending the
Investment Company Institute's meeting. Please remember that the
space at the meeting is limited to members of the committee, or
their alternates. To assist us in obtaining an accurate
registration of attendees, please indicate in the space provided
on the attached registration form if you or an alternate plan to
attend the meeting and luncheon.
