RE: CORRECT FORM FOR SECURITIES REGISTRATION IN FLORIDA

The information previously sent to you with respect to
Florida's revised forms for the initial registration and renewal
of registration of investment company securities in Florida was
incorrect. (See memorandum to State Securities Members No. 32-91
and to Unit Investment Trust Members No. 32-91, dated August 5,
1991.) The correct form to use is Form DOSIP-S-4-91 which again
is attached. We apologize for the error.
