ICI Global Trading & Markets Committee RE: Draft Agenda for ICI Global Trading and Markets Committee Meeting in London on Wednesday, 30 November; Register for Committee Meeting and Global Capital Markets Conference in London on Thursday, 1 December.

 

Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the ICI Global Trading and Markets Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, 30 November.  The meeting will be held at the offices of T. Rowe Price, 60 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4N 4TZ.  The meeting will be from 13:00 to 17:15.  There will be a dial-in option for members located in North America and in Asia.  A light lunch will be served starting at 12:30.

The draft agenda is attached.  We are pleased to have the following guest speakers at the meeting:

  • Sacha Anselm, Equity Distribution COO, Morgan Stanley, to discuss dealing commissions for equities and fixed income investment research;
  • Monica Gogna, Partner, Ropes & Gray, to brief the committee on trade reporting obligations under MiFID II; and
  • Andrea Beltramello, Policy Officer, Directorate General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union, Capital Markets Union Unit, European Commission, to discuss the work of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Corporate Bond Market Liquidity.

Capital Markets Conference

ICI Global will be holding its 5th annual Capital Markets Conference on Thursday, 1 December.  The conference will be a great opportunity to hear from influential policymakers and market participants about the latest market structure and trading issues.
