Attached for your information is the agenda for the
September 11, 1991 meeting of the Insurance Broker/Dealer
Advisory Committee which will start at 8:30 a.m. in Margaux A at
the Meridien Hotel located at 250 Franklin Street, Boston,
Massachusetts 02110. Lunch will be served and the meeting is
expected to continue until approximately 4:00 p.m. Also
