TO: DERIVATIVES MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 46-16 RE: DERIVATIVES MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20 AND COMMITTEE DINNER ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19

 

An in-person meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday, October 20 at ICI’s office in Washington, D.C. (1401 H Street NW).  The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m.  Breakfast (beginning at 9:30 a.m.) and lunch will be served.  Please be aware that there will be no video conference or conference call option for this meeting. We will distribute an agenda closer to the meeting date.

An informal dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Wednesday, October 19 at a nearby restaurant.  A cocktail reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.  The cost for each participant will be $105.00.

In an effort to estimate attendance for the dinner, we kindly ask that you reply with a message indicating your interest to Kim Hair at kim.hair@ici.org by Friday, October 7.  Should you need to cancel your registration for the dinner, please do so no later than Monday, October 10 to ensure that you will not be charged.
