I am pleased to announce that Congressman Mike Andrews
(D-TX) has agreed to speak at the Board of Governor's Legislative
Breakfast. The Breakfast will precede the Board of Governors
meeting on October 3, 1991.
Congressman Andrews is an influential member of the House
Ways and Means Committee and a principal sponsor of the bill to
repeal the so-called "short-short" test.
The breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Arlington Room
