The conference call to discuss the section 871(k) implementation survey has been POSTPONED until Wednesday, September 7, at 2:00 p.m. ET. [1] We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We do plan to aggregate the survey results and distribute them prior to the call.

If you have not yet completed the survey, you still may do so; please send the results to me (kgibian@ici.org) no later than Friday, August 26, 2016. [2]
