TO: BROKER/DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 19-16 RE: BDAC MEETING NOTICE - JULY 20-21, 2016
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Wednesday, July 20 and Thursday, July 21 at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240-2050.
The meetings will take place in the McCoy Conference Center, located on the first floor wing D, conference rooms 1D2031/1D3038. On Wednesday, July 20, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon and the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, July 21, the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 2:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business casual. Please note that all times are in Eastern Time.
Visitor parking is found in Lot A, directly south of the entrance off Polaris Parkway. Please enter through the Main Visitor entrance across from Lot A, and check in at the security desk where you will be provided with a temporary badge to get into the building. J.P. Morgan staff will escort you to the conference center. NOTE: It can be difficult to find a parking space at the J.P. Morgan complex. The Hilton Columbus/Polaris does offer a complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests that includes the J.P. Morgan complex.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris hotel located at 8700 Lyra Drive, Columbus OH 43240 for the evenings of Tuesday, July 19 and Wednesday, July 20 at a rate of $204.00 per night. The hotel is less than 1.5 miles (driving) and approximately 1 mile (walking) from J.P. Morgan. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (888) 864-8055 and request the ICI room block. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by June 26, 2016 to receive the room block rate. We regret that, due to demand, all committee members may not receive a reservation as part of the room block. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. The hotel website indicates that complimentary shuttle service is provided to/from Port Columbus International Airport (CMH).
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of July 20 at Cantina Laredo, 8791 Lyra Drive, Columbus, OH 43240. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:15 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $105.00. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
