Effective July 1, 1991, legislation was enacted abolishing
the New Hampshire Office of Securities Regulation. The
provisions of the New Hampshire Uniform Securities Act will be
administered by the Attorney General with the assistance of the
Secretary of State. All filings should be submitted to the
Department of State, Bureau of Securities Regulation, 25 Capitol
Street, 4th Floor, Concord, New Hampshire 03301. The telephone
number is (603) 271-1463. Checks should be made payable to the
State of New Hampshire. The Uniform Consent to Service of
Process (Form U-2) should appoint the Secretary of State.
