TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 4-16 RE: REMINDER: APRIL 27 CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE MEETING; DRAFT AGENDA ATTACHED
The next meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee will take place, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting is scheduled for 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
We are pleased that Christopher M. Hayden, Senior Managing Director at Georgeson LLC, will address shareholder activist issues, and Sarah E. Cogan and Rajib Chanda of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP will discuss legal issues in dealing with persistent discounts at the meeting.
