TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 7-16 RE: MARK YOUR CALENDAR - IN-PERSON VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING ON JUNE 9

 

The next meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 9, 2016, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC.  The meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time in the 12th Floor Conference Room and should conclude no later than 3:30 p.m.  Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 am.  Please note that this meeting is in person and we will not have a dial-in option available.

We are pleased that Bill Kotapish, Assistant Director, and Harry Eisenstein, Senior Special Counsel, in the SEC Division of Investment Management, will join us to discuss recent SEC initiatives in the insurance products area.  We will circulate a draft agenda closer to the meeting date.
