RE: MEETING - SEPTEMBER 24-25, 1991 AND CHANGE OF LOCATION

This is to confirm that there will be a meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee starting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 24, 1991 and resuming at 8:30 a.m. on the following
morning, September 25, 1991. Please note, however, that there has
been a change in location from Somerset, New Jersey to Washington,
D.C. The schedule is as follows:
September 24, 1991 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
September 25, 1991 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Both sessions will be held at the Crystal City Marriott which is
located at 1999 Jefferson-Davis Highway in Arlington, Virginia which
is a close-in suburb of Washington, D.C. near National Airport. Both
continental breakfast and lunch will be served on Wednesday,
September 25.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping rooms
at the Marriott for the night of September 24. The rate is $130.00
single or double. To make a room reservation, please call the
Marriott at 703/521-5500 by September 10 and ask for a room in the
Investment Company Institute block.
We plan to arrange a dinner for committee members on Tuesday,
September 24. We do not yet have the details but will keep you
posted. Please indicate your interest by filling in the appropriate
box on the attached response form so we can determine how many of you
will attend. As always, you will be billed separately for your share
of the total dinner bill.
