RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - SEPTEMBER 11, 1991

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Insurance Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee starting at 8:30 a.m.
on Wednesday, September 11, 1991 at the Meridian Hotel located at
250 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Lunch will be
served and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 4:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at
the Meridian for the night of Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at the
rate of $175.00 plus tax. To reserve a room, please call the
hotel at 617/451-1900 and ask for a room in the Colonial/ICI
block. You must book your room before August 20, 1991.
We want to invite each of you to join us on a dinner cruise
around the Boston Harbor and Islands on the evening of Tuesday,
September 10. Colonial has chartered a private yacht for this
occasion. The cruise starts at approximately 6:30 p.m. from Long
Wharf and arrives back at 10:00 p.m. Dinner will include Roasted
Prime Rib of Beef aus jus and Breast of St. Christopher Chicken.
The cost is $92.00 per person and we will bill each attendee
later in September after the meeting.
So that we will know who will be attending this dinner
cruise and meeting, please complete the attached form and return
