TO: SECURITIES OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: NOTICE OF SECURITIES OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH, 2016

 

The next meeting of the Securities Operations Advisory Committee (“SOAC”) will take place on Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 at the offices of BlackRock located at 40 East 52nd Street, New York, NY 10022.

BlackRock office is approximately 11 miles (35 minutes estimated driving time) from LaGuardia Airport and 15.5 miles (1 hour estimated driving time) from John F. Kennedy International Airport. Members will need to check in at the lobby desk and show a valid ID before proceeding to the conference room. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business. Please note that all times are in Eastern Time.

Please note there is no fee associated to attend the Securities Operations Advisory Committee meeting. Committee Dinner:

The ICI will host an optional Committee networking dinner for the meeting attendees on Tuesday, February 9th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at a venue to be selected.  There is a cost of $105.00 for the dinner, which you will pay at the time that you register for the meeting.  Please note that dinner cancellations must be made three business days in advance of the event in order to receive a refund of your payment. Attire for the dinner is business casual.

Meeting Materials

An agenda and materials will be posted to the ICI website prior to the meeting date.  An email notifying agenda and material availability will be sent under separate cover.  Hard copies of materials will also be provided at the meeting.
