This memo is to advise you that the next meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held in Somerset, New
Jersey on September 25, 1991. Merrill Lynch will be handling the
arrangements and as soon as the arrangements are finalized we
will send a follow up memo with all of the particulars. We also
are planning for dinner on September 24 for those of you who are
interested. For now, please mark your calendars!
