TO: CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY COMMITTEE No. 22-15 RE: NOTICE OF CLOSED-END INVESTMENT COMPANY MEETING AND DINNER - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2015

 

A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the offices of Virtus Investment Partners, Inc., 1540 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, New York 10036.   The meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

We are offering online registration for members attending the committee meeting. If you plan to attend, please register no later than Tuesday, October 27 through the following link: www.ici.org/reg/closedend.  When you register, please provide potential topics you would like to discuss at the meeting.  We will be circulating an agenda closer to the meeting date. 

Members also are encouraged to attend the committee dinner after the meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. EST.  The dinner location will be announced shortly.  If you plan to attend, please register using the link above for the committee meeting.  Dinner attendees will be charged $105.00.  Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
