TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 16-15 RE: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15 AND COMMITTEE DINNER ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14

 

An in-person meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday, October 15 at ICI’s office in Washington, D.C. (1401 H Street NW), Conference Room 12AB.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern and will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern.  Breakfast (beginning at 9:30 am) and lunch will be served.  Please be aware that there will be no video conference or conference call option for this meeting.

We also will host an informal dinner for meeting attendees on Wednesday, October 14.  Details on how to register for the meeting and/or dinner are provided below.  In an effort to estimate attendance for the dinner, we kindly ask that you complete your registration by Friday, October 2.

To register for the meeting and/or dinner, please visit our registration site at www.ici.org/reg/emac. When registering, please indicate in the online form any topics you would like to discuss at the meeting. 

Committee Dinner

An informal dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Wednesday, October 14 at a nearby restaurant.  A cocktail reception will begin at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:00.  The cost for each participant will be $105.00  Should you need to cancel your registration for the dinner, please do so no later than Friday, October 9 to ensure that you will not be charged.
