TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE No. 14-15 RE: CYBERSECURITY FORUM & CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING - REGISTRATION - NOVEMBER 5 & 6, 2015

 

The next meeting of the Chief Information Security Officer Advisory Committee (CISOAC) will take place on Friday, November 6, 2015 in Washington, DC.  The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC in the David Silver Conference Room.  The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK” ON THE ATTACHED FORM.

Committee Dinner

A Committee dinner will be held on the evening of November 5 at the Oceanaire Seafood Room, 1201 F Street NW Washington, DC 20004, (202) 347-2277.  Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.  Please note, if you confirm attendance for the CISOAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged for your portion of the pre-arranged dinner.

Hotel

A block of rooms at the Crown Plaza, 1001 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC (202) 682-0111 are reserved for Committee members.  The room rate is $359 single/double, please reserve a room using this link: ICI Tech Committee. Rooms are limited.  The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Tuesday October 13, 2015 to receive the room block rate.  Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to arrival before 6:00 p.m. and a cancellation number is obtained.

Cybersecurity Forum

The Investment Company Institute’s second annual Cybersecurity Forum will be held on Thursday, November 5 in Washington DC at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.  Consider registering for this important industry event via this link: https://www.ici.org/reg/cybersecurity.
