The next Bank, Trust and Retirement Advisory Committee meeting will be held at Vanguard in Scottsdale, Arizona on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST (Note that Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time) and on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. MST. The meetings will take place in the Pima building, Room104 A/B, 15111 N Pima Road, Scottsdale AZ 85260. Vanguard is located approximately 20 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Lunch will be served on the first day of the meeting beginning at 12:00 noon MST. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on the second day. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Please note that meeting attendees will need to check in at the security desk, at the entrance of the Pima building with proper identification. Visitor parking is available and is clearly marked.

Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, September 30 at NoRTH Italia restaurant, located at 15024 N. Scottsdale Rd, Suite 160, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. The restaurant is approximately 3.0 miles driving distance from the hotel. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:15 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the meeting registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BTRAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $105.00. Attire for the reception and dinner, which will take place on the restaurant’s outdoor patio, is business casual./p>

We find that our discussion is most effective when meeting attendees have sufficient time to review and prepare response to shop talk questions prior to the meeting.
