CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING - REGISTRATION, DINNER, HOTEL, AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS - JULY 30 & 31, 2015

 

The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Thursday and Friday July 30 & 31, 2015 in Washington, DC.  The meetings will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, 12th Floor, Washington, DC.  The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days.  A preliminary agenda is forthcoming.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK” ON THE ATTACHED FORM.

HOTEL

A block of rooms at the Sofitel, 806 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC (202)730-8800 are reserved for Committee members for the evenings of July 29 & 30, 2015.  The room rate is $289 single/double, please ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute’s room block. Rooms are limited.  The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Monday July 6, 2015 to receive the room block rate.  Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

COMMITTEE DINNER

A Committee dinner will be held on July 30 at Acadiana Restaurant, 901 New York Avenue, NW, Washington, DC (202) 408-8848.  A reception, at 6:30PM, will precede dinner which will begin at 7PM.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please register for this committee meeting and dinner using our Cvent online registration at www.ici.org/reg/tech.  Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $105.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.
