TO: SECURITIES OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: NOTICE OF SECURITIES OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
The first meeting of the Securities Operations Advisory Committee (“SOAC”) will take place on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the offices of BlackRock located at 40 East 52nd Street, New York, NY 10022. Discussion topics for the meeting will be distributed in the agenda prior to the meeting, some of the topics we will discuss will be the US T+2 initiative, post trade processing ,order management systems, data governance and vendor oversight, in addition to others.
BlackRock office is approximately 11 miles (35 minutes estimated driving time) from LaGuardia Airport and 15.5 miles (1 hour estimated driving time) from John F. Kennedy International Airport. The meetings will take place in the VC Rooms; 4A – Boardroom. Members will need to check in at the lobby desk and show a valid ID before proceeding to the conference room. On Wednesday, July 15, the meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Continental breakfast will be provided before the meeting, lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business. Please note that all times are in Eastern Time.

An agenda and materials will be posted to the ICI website prior to the meeting date. An email notifying agenda and material availability will be sent under separate cover. Hard copies of materials will also be provided at the meeting.
