TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 6-15 RE: MARK YOUR CALENDAR - IN-PERSON MEETING OF THE VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON JULY 1, 2015

 

The next meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the 12th Floor Conference Room and should conclude no later than 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be served. Please note that this meeting is in person and we will not have a dial-in option available.

We are pleased to have several guest speakers joining us for the meeting. Susan Nash, Associate Director, and Bill Kotapish, Assistant Director, of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, will join us to discuss recent SEC initiatives in the insurance products area. Mary Jane Wilson-Bilik, Partner at Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan LLP, will join us to discuss current regulatory developments.
