The next meeting of the ICI Global Trading and Markets Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2015. The meeting will be held at Vanguard Asset Management, Limited, The Walbrook Building (4th Floor), 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AF. The meeting will be from 13:00 to 16:30 BST. There will be a dial-in option for members located in the United States and in Asia.
We will have three guest speakers at the meeting. Stephen Hanks, Manager, MiFID Coordination, Markets Policy Department, and Tom Springbett, Manager, Derivatives Reform Team, Markets Policy Department, of the UK Financial Conduct Authority will participate in the meeting to discuss trading and market structure issues as well as derivatives issues. In addition, Scott Reinhart, Senior Counsel to CFTC Commissioner Mark Wetjen, will discuss EU/US cross-border issues with the committee. Given the significance of these issues, please make every effort to have a representative from your firm participate in the meeting in person in London and/or via phone from other locations.
