The Institute has scheduled a conference call to discuss the Department of Labor’s recently issued Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding the definition of fiduciary. During the call, Jon Breyfogle of the Groom Law Group and Institute staff will discuss the details of the NPRM, the two new proposed prohibited transaction class exemptions (PTEs), and the proposed amendments to existing PTEs.
