TO: REGISTERED FUND CPO ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR APRIL 29 MEETING OF REGISTERED FUND CPO ADVISORY COMMITTEE; PLEASE REGISTER FOR MEETING AND APRIL 28 COMMITTEE DINNERThe Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 29 in Washington, D.C. We are pleased to have two guest speakers joining us for parts of the meeting: Tracey Hunt, Associate Director for Compliance, National Futures Association, and Ruth Epstein, Partner, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young. ICI also is organizing an informal dinner for meeting attendees on Tuesday, April 28.
This memorandum provides a brief summary of these events and invites member comments on the draft agenda for the meeting.
The committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at ICI’s office in Washington, D.C. (1401 H Street NW). The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern and will conclude no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Breakfast (beginning at 8:30 a.m.) and lunch will be served. Please be aware that there will be no video conference or conference call option for this meeting.
An informal dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at MXDC (600 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005). A cocktail reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. The cost for each participant will be $105.00. Should you need to cancel your registration for the dinner, please do so no later than April 23 to ensure that you will not be charged.
